Morgen (2.9.) wird der Grossteil der Schweizer Delegation nach Rio de Janeiro reisen. Dort werde ich einige Tage Zeit haben, um mich einzugewöhnen und die letzten Vorbereitungen im Hinblick auf meine Wettkämpfe zu tätigen. Ich werde am 8. September etwa um 19:30Uhr Lokalzeit (ca. 0.30 Schweizer Zeit) meinen Vorlauf über 100m bestreiten. Der Vorlauf sollte in der Schweiz auf SRF2 gezeigt werden. Ansonsten kann man die Wettkämpfe auf www.paralympic.org im live stream mitverfolgen. Das Ziel in diesem Vorlauf wird es sein, mich für dan Final zu qualifizieren. Dieser findet am darauffolgenden Tag um etwa 11 Uhr (ca. 16 Uhr Schweizerzeit) statt.

Tomorrow (2.9.) the majority of the Swiss Paralympic Team is heading to Rio de Janeiro. There I will have some days to accommodate and get familiar with the surroundings, but also to prepare for my competitions. I will run my heat over 100m race on the 8th of September around 7:30PM local time (approx. 0:30AM Swiss time). The heats will be broadcasted on Swiss national Television (SRF2). Competitions can also be followed on live stream at www.paralympic.org. My goal is to reach the finals, which will take place the following day at 11AM (4PM Swiss time).
